Two Ways to Create a Claim

Option A: First-Time Setup Wizard (Recommended for New Users)

The Setup Wizard walks you through everything step by step.

  1. From the main screen, click Start Onboarding or upload your first document

  2. The wizard guides you through 5 stages:

Upload insurance documents

Drag and drop or browse files

Co-Pilot processes your documents

4. Review & Verify

Review extracted data

Claim created with data pre-filled

Explore your new claim

Option B: Manual Claim Entry

  1. Navigate to Claim Details in the left sidebar

  2. Click Edit on any section

  3. Fill in what you have (all fields are optional)

  4. Changes save automatically

  • Start with the Setup Wizard if you have documents ready

  • You can always edit later β€” nothing is locked after creation

  • Changes save automatically

  • Status changes are tracked in the Timeline
