Two Ways to Create a Claim
Option A: First-Time Setup Wizard (Recommended for New Users)
The Setup Wizard walks you through everything step by step.
From the main screen, click Start Onboarding or upload your first document
The wizard guides you through 5 stages:
Stage | What Happens | Your Role |
1. Create Project | Enter a project name | Provide project name |
2. Upload Documents | Upload insurance documents | Drag and drop or browse files |
3. Data Extraction | Co-Pilot processes your documents | Wait for processing |
4. Review & Verify | Review extracted data | Correct anything wrong |
5. Complete | Claim created with data pre-filled | Explore your new claim |
Option B: Manual Claim Entry
Navigate to Claim Details in the left sidebar
Click Edit on any section
Fill in what you have (all fields are optional)
Changes save automatically
Claim Status
Status | Color | Meaning |
Under Review | Yellow | Initial review in progress |
In Progress | Blue | Actively working on the claim |
Approved | Green | Claim approved |
Denied | Red | Claim denied |
Closed | Gray | Claim closed |
Pending Documentation | Orange | Waiting for documents |
On Hold | Purple | Temporarily paused |
Tips
Start with the Setup Wizard if you have documents ready
You can always edit later β nothing is locked after creation
Changes save automatically
Status changes are tracked in the Timeline
