Common Questions

Q: How do I change my email address? Your email is tied to your login credentials. Contact suppor via the Support button in brelly, or email us at [email protected] if you need to change the email associated with your account.

Q: Will changing my Co-Pilot preferences affect past conversations? No — preference changes apply to future responses only. Past conversation history is not affected.

Q: What does Concise Mode actually do? When enabled, Co-Pilot gives shorter, more direct answers. When disabled, it provides more detailed explanations and context. Try both to see which works better for you.

Q: I set Do's and Don'ts but Co-Pilot doesn't always follow them. Why? Co-Pilot uses your preferences as guidance but balances them against providing accurate and complete information. If a preference conflicts with giving you correct data, it will prioritize accuracy.

Q: Can I reset my AI preferences to defaults? Remove all custom Do's, Don'ts, and phrases, turn off Concise Mode, and clear the Tone field. This returns Co-Pilot to its default behavior.
