Overview
The AccuLynx integration connects your AccuLynx account to Brelly so Co-Pilot can access your AccuLynx jobs, contacts, estimates, financials, payments, milestones, and more directly through natural language conversation.
This integration is currently in beta and requires access to be granted by the Brelly team before you can connect.
How to Request Access
There are two ways to request access:
Option 1: From the Integrations page in the app
Go to Settings > Integrations in the left sidebar
Find AccuLynx in the integration marketplace
Click Request Access
This automatically notifies the Brelly team and opens a chat draft so you can add any extra context
Option 2: Ask through this chat
If you're asking about AccuLynx access right now, your request has been noted. A Brelly team member will follow up to enable the integration on your account. You do not need to do anything else to submit the request.
What Happens After You Request Access
The Brelly team receives your request, whether you clicked the button in the app or asked through this chat
A team member enables the integration on your account, typically within 1 business day
Once access is granted, go to Settings > Integrations and AccuLynx will show Connect instead of Request Access
What You Need Before Connecting
Once your access is granted, you'll need:
An active AccuLynx account
Your AccuLynx API key, found in AccuLynx under Settings > API Keys (each key is specific to a location in AccuLynx)
Tip: You can get your API key ready while waiting for access to be granted so you can connect immediately once enabled.
How to Connect (After Access Is Granted)
Go to Settings > Integrations
Click Connect on the AccuLynx card
Enter your AccuLynx API key
Optionally enter a Location Name for your reference if you have multiple AccuLynx locations
Click Submit — Brelly tests the connection immediately
If the test passes, you're connected. If it fails, double-check that your API key is correct and active in AccuLynx.
What You Can Do After Connecting
Once connected, ask Co-Pilot about your AccuLynx data using natural language:
Jobs — Search, list, and view job details, contacts, history, and assigned reps
Contacts — Search, list, and view contact details
Estimates — View estimate sections and line items
Financials — View financial summaries and worksheets
Insurance — View insurance info and adjuster details
Payments and Invoices — View payment records and invoice details
Milestones — Track milestone history and current status
Calendar — View calendars and appointments
Create — Create new jobs, contacts, and post messages to jobs
Current Limitations (Beta)
Read-mostly — Co-Pilot can create new jobs, contacts, and messages, but cannot edit existing AccuLynx records
No document upload — cannot upload files to AccuLynx through Brelly
No real-time sync — data is fetched on demand when you ask Co-Pilot, not continuously synced
One location per connection — each API key is tied to one AccuLynx location
Troubleshooting
Q: I clicked "Request Access" but nothing happened. The request was sent automatically. You should have seen a confirmation. If you're unsure, ask here and we'll confirm your request is in the queue.
Q: I requested access but still see "Request Access" instead of "Connect." Access is granted manually by the Brelly team, usually within 1 business day. If it's been longer, mention your pending AccuLynx request in this chat.
Q: My API key isn't working. Make sure the key is from AccuLynx under Settings > API Keys. Each key is location-specific, so confirm you're using the key for the correct location. If recently generated, wait a minute and try again.
Q: Where do I find my AccuLynx API key? Log into AccuLynx, go to Settings > API Keys, and copy your key. If you don't see API Keys, contact your AccuLynx administrator as API access may need to be enabled for your account.
Q: Co-Pilot doesn't seem to know about my AccuLynx data. Confirm the integration shows "Connected" in Settings > Integrations. If it shows "Pending" or "Disconnected," try reconnecting with your API key. AccuLynx data is accessible through Co-Pilot inside a claim.
