What the Overview Page Does
The Overview page is your starting point when you open any claim. It gives you quick access to the essential information about the claim without digging through multiple screens.
The Four Tabs
The Overview page is organized into four tabs:
Tab | What It Shows |
Claim Info | Claim number, policy number, status, date of loss, peril, and storm/event description |
Policy Details | Policy type, effective dates, coverages, and deductibles |
Carrier Details | Carrier contact info, claims portal links, and financial strength ratings |
Claim Contacts | Policyholders, adjusters, and other stakeholders on the claim |
Click any tab to switch views. Claim Info is shown by default.
Editing Information
Each section has an Edit button in the top right corner. Click it to update the information directly—no need to navigate away.
Quick Stats
At the top of the page, you'll see summary cards showing (for example):
Claim Number
Date of Loss
Peril
Status
These give you instant context about where the claim stands.
Navigating to Other Sections
Use the left sidebar to access other parts of your claim:

Property Details | Address, property features, storm history |
Files | Documents, policies, inspection reports |
Timeline | Key dates and milestones |
Financials | Estimates, reconciliation, payments |
Conversations | Communication history |
Notes | Your notes on the claim |
Co-Pilot | AI assistance and analysis |
