Logging In
Enter your email and password on the Brelly login screen and click Sign in.
If this is your first time logging in, check your inbox for the welcome email you received after you signed the contract—it contains your login instructions and setup details.
You can check Remember me to stay logged in on your device.
Managing Your Password
If you're already logged in and want to change your password:
Click Settings in the bottom left sidebar or click the profile icon in the upper right corner
You'll land on the Profile tab
Scroll down to the Change Password section
Enter your Current Password
Enter your New Password and Confirm Password
Click Update password
If you're locked out and need to reset your password:
On the login screen, click Forgot password?
Enter your email address
Click Send reset code
Check your inbox for the reset code
Enter the code and create a new password
If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Navigating the Platform
Once you're logged in, here's what you'll see:

Financials | Monitor financial details, reconcile estimates, compare two estimates |
Conversations | View communication history related to your claim |
Notes | Add and review notes on your claim |
Co-Pilot | Your AI assistant for claim guidance and document analysis |
