How to Use the Gmail Integration in Brelly

Search, read, organize, draft, and review Gmail messages in Brelly Co-Pilot, including labels, attachments, mailbox actions, and the approval panel before send or reply.

If you use Gmail, Brelly Co-Pilot can help you work with claim-related email without leaving your workflow.

That can include finding emails, reading the right thread, drafting a message, or preparing a reply.

How to Use Gmail with Co-Pilot

To use Gmail in Brelly:

  1. Open the claim or workflow you are working on

  2. Open Co-Pilot

  3. Ask Co-Pilot for a specific Gmail task

  4. If you ask Brelly to send an email for you, it will show you a draft that you can edit and approve before it sends it

You might ask Co-Pilot to:

  • Find messages about a specific claim

  • Pull up the latest email from a carrier or policyholder

  • Draft an update email

  • Reply to an existing thread

  • Forward a message to someone else

  • Add a label to messages you want to group together

  • Pull an attachment from a message you need to review

  • Clean up a group of messages after a claim closes

Sending and Replying Still Need Your Review

If Co-Pilot prepares a new email or a reply, Brelly shows an email panel in chat before anything is sent.

Here you can:

  • Confirm the recipient

  • Check the wording

  • Make edits if needed

  • Click Send in the panel if you want it to go out

  • Decline it if you do not want to send it (Cancel)
