Brelly Labs is where you can turn on early access features.
Early access features are useful, but they may still be changing. They may have limits, and some parts may not be available to every workspace yet.
Where to find Brelly Labs
Open your profile menu in the top-right corner and select Brelly Labs.
Use Labs when you want to try a feature before it becomes part of the main Brelly experience.
The first time you turn Labs on, you will see an Activate Brelly Labs message explaining what early access means. You can turn Labs features on or off from this menu at any time.
What you can turn on
Each Labs feature has its own setting.
For our initial release, Labs includes early access settings for:
Claim Sharing
Automations
Your account may only show the features that are available to you.
What early access means
Early access means a feature is available for real use, but it is still being improved.
You may notice that:
Some options are limited
The feature may change based on feedback
Brelly may add more controls over time
Some workflows may still need extra review from your team
That said, these are powerful new capabilities we didn't want to withhold from you. So if you want access to the latest and greatest, this is where to enable it.
If something looks missing or unclear, contact Brelly support.
How to turn on a Labs feature
Open your profile menu (the top-right corner menu on desktop).
Expand Brelly Labs.
Find the feature(s) you want to use.
Turn its setting on.
Follow any setup steps shown in Brelly.
You can turn a Labs feature off later if you no longer want to use it.
(Please note that if you enable claim sharing and invite someone to Brelly Labs while the Sharing feature is part of this program, turning off Brelly Labs does not undo the fact that the claim was shared with them. If you need to remove access, you'll need to manage their sharing settings with the feature turned on first, then deactivate it.)
Before using a Labs feature with customers
Before using an early access feature in a customer-facing workflow, take a moment to review the result.
For example:
Check who can see a shared claim before sending an invite
Review automation results before using them with a customer or carrier
Review and send any email drafts yourself
